Mr. Jagdish Prashad Rawat – Founder
An alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, Mr. Jagdish Prashad Rawat founded Ajanta Steel Corporation in 1973 with a strong belief in ethical business practices and customer satisfaction.
His ability to anticipate India’s growing industrial needs laid the foundation for the company’s long-standing reputation in the iron and steel industry. Under his leadership, Ajanta Steel Corporation grew steadily, earning trust through quality, consistency, and reliability.
Though no longer involved in day-to-day operations, Mr. Rawat continues to provide strategic guidance, ensuring the company stays true to its core values of integrity, trust, and excellence.
Mr. Sanjay Rawat – Managing Director
Joining the business at the age of 17, Mr. Sanjay Rawat has played a key role in transforming Ajanta Steel Corporation into a modern, customer-centric organization.
With hands-on leadership, strong market understanding, and a focus on operational excellence, he has expanded the company’s product range, strengthened supplier networks, and enhanced service capabilities to meet evolving industry demands.
In addition to leading Ajanta Steel Corporation, he also manages Sanjay Steel Corporation, reflecting his entrepreneurial vision and deep industry expertise.
His emphasis on long-term client relationships, continuous improvement, and service innovation has further positioned Ajanta Steel Corporation as a trusted and reliable steel solutions provider across India.
